Is the GT trying out for a part in the remake of GONE WITH THE WIND ? Nope, alas this not Tara, but the Southern exposure of the Northern Navy's Commandant's humble abode at Charleston.

Nice pic at the old Navy Base !
Thanks, Paul. The old Navy Base has many wonderful building standing even today. We believe that most will be put to some good public use and preserved as the appear. There has been a great deal of activity on the old base since the Nave decamped and it looks like they are moving in the right direction.
